Registration & Account
To create your account, click on the profile icon. Once your account is created, you will have access to your wishlist and information about your previous and current orders.
To edit your details, click on the profile icon in the menu and log in by entering your email address and password. Then, click on the pencil icon at the top right of the section corresponding to the details you wish to modify.
To recover your password, click on the profile icon and select "Forgot password." Enter your email address, and you will shortly receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
To delete your customer account, log in to your account and click on the section titled "Delete my customer account."
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, go to your customer account and uncheck the box "Subscribe to our newsletter" or click on the "Unsubscribe from our newsletter" link at the bottom of one of our emails.
Order
If you complete your order correctly and confirm the payment, you will be automatically redirected to the "Order Summary" page, where you can view your previous and current orders.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the link to track your order.
After 24 hours from the shipment, you can track the status of the shipment by clicking on the tracking link in the email.
Once the payment for the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it.
Once your payment is confirmed, you can no longer cancel your order. To receive a refund, the order must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Once the order is received and its condition inspected, we will process the refund.
Payment
Our payment system complies with global security standards designed to protect payment card information. All transactions are secured with encryption, ensuring the safety of data transmitted between the user and the servers.

Limited offers may be shared through our newsletter and on our website. You can use them by entering the offer code in the cart section before completing your order.
You will automatically receive your invoice once the order is completed.
Shipping
Yes, orders with multiple items are grouped into a single shipment.
Please go to your customer account and check the order status and delivery address. If the order status shows "delivered" and the delivery address is correct, please have your email address and order number ready and contact us by email at info@addendda.com.
During your order, you can specify a billing address different from your delivery address.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order. The total price is provided before you complete the payment.
We ship our items to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Return
You can return one or more items from your order, provided they are complete, in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
To initiate the return process, contact us via email at info@addendda.com.
Please ensure that the item(s) are properly packed with the original packaging and protective materials.
If you receive a defective product, we will cover the return of the item. To do so, please contact us via email at info@addendda.com so we can assess the defect and arrange for the return and replacement of the defective product.
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item to return it.
Once the order is received at our warehouse, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the terms and conditions. No refund will be issued for products that do not comply with these terms and conditions. Once the return is accepted, you will be notified via email and receive the refund within approximately 21 calendar days from the date the order is received at our warehouse.
If your package is damaged or you suspect it was opened before the delivery person handed it to you:

If you are present when the package is delivered, please refuse the package. We will be notified of your refusal and will send a new shipment of your order.

If the delivery person left the package in your absence, you have 3 calendar days from the delivery date to contact us and provide photos proving the package was damaged or opened before receipt. After this period, we will no longer be able to hold the delivery person responsible or proceed with the exchange of the package.
